 Many times FrontPage users will experience issues after thier web host or themselves upgrade the Apache Web Server. Plesk comes with its own version of suexec and during the upgrade of Apache it is replaced. All you need to do is replace the current suexec with Plesk's version. The first command lets you know if the versions are actually different and if so continue on.
# diff /usr/sbin/suexec /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec
# cp /usr/sbin/suexec /usr/sbin/suexec.old
# cp /usr/local/psa/suexec/psa-suexec /usr/sbin/suexec
Then select "Yes" to overwrite the new version of suexec with the version Plesk uses.
After you have overwriten suexec do a "service httpd restart"
Now that you have completed the steps above disable and reactivate the extensions via domain configuration.
